Ulcinj
Many say that there is no city in the Adriatic which has been gifted by nature more than Ulcinj, and it is up to you to see why this is so. In this southernmost city of Montenegro, the cultures of Orient and the West collided for centuries, so this rich cultural heritage is felt at every step. The most beautiful sandy beaches in Europe, centuries old buildings with elements of renaissance and baroque style, towers and palace of Balsic, Palace of Venice, Slave Market, Velika plaža, Southern soul festival are just some of the things worth visiting in Ulcinj. According to the belief, the famous writer Miguel de Servantes was captured in the Old Town, where he also found the inspiration for his famous novel Don Quixote.

1. Kitesurfing on Ada Bojana
This young and extreme sport is becoming more and more popular in Montenegro, which has the ideal conditions for enjoying it.

The exceptionally clean sea and the stretched coast of Ulcinj are excellent for diving, which can rent a boat and go 5 kilometers from Ulcinj to Valdanos Bay, which is a true paradise for exploring the sea, from the fish world to the sunken ship wrecks and cargo.

At Ulcinj Solana, on about 15 million square meters there is all the necessary infrastructure for observing about 240 different bird species.

Ulcinj is famous for its olive groves with about 75 thousand olive trees.
